Chemtech Acids and Chemicals Private Limited was established in 1990 in Hyderabad for the manufacture of Industrial bulk and specialty chemicals. Its first unit was set up near Hyderabad in Kazipally Industrial Development Area to manufacture Sulphuric acid. Commercial production was started in 1992 and the company later added Oleum into its product portfolio in 1994, Sodium Methoxide powder and solution in the year 1998. The company supplies it products to manufacturers of Fertilizers, Dyes, Detergents, Bulk drugs, Pharmaceuticals, Perfumes and other Specialty Chemicals.

Chemtech Fertilisers limited was established in 2000 for the manufacture of Single Super Phosphate Fertiliser in powder form. The manufacturing unit was set up in Kazipally IDA and commercial production was started in 2001. An additional plant was added in 2002 to manufacture the existing product in granular form. The company also manufactures NPK Granulated fertiliser mixtures of various grades. The company supplies its products to farmers through a network of over 100 dealers and distributors in the state of Telangana.

Chemtech Alkoxides Pvt Ltd was established in 2007 to manufacture various alkoxides primarily for the export market. The unit has been set up at Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone and is currently manufacturing sodium methoxide powder and solution. It will subsequently add other alkoxides to its portfolio in the future.
